The role involves taking orders from existing customers and new customers along with administration tasks and inputting invoices onto our accounting system. Our ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years experience as a telesales sales/customer service operator or similar role. Food industry knowledge would be ideal but not essential.
Receiving or calling existing / new customers to take daily orders
Processing these orders onto Sage 200 – knowledge of sage ideal but not essential as training will be offered
Calling customers during promotions and offers
Maintaining office records for the daily operation.
General admin duties

Minimum 2 years Experience
Strong IT skills
A good organiser, flexible and hard working
Working week : Sun – Fri (3pm until 11pm) 5 days a week,
Negotiable salary depending on Experience
